Liberté School invites applications from motivated, caring, and philosophically aligned individuals to join our Montessori 3–6 year old environment.
This position is particularly well-suited to candidates who are passionate about working with young children and are eager to grow within a structured, mentored, and purposeful environment. Whether you are early in your career or already have experience, we are looking for individuals who are curious, reliable, and committed to learning.
Our programme integrates Montessori principles with insights from cognitive science, with a strong focus on developing independence, executive functioning, and positive social-emotional foundations in children. We are looking for assistants who are attentive, calm, and engaged, and who understand the importance of the small, everyday interactions that shape a child’s experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the lead educator and Preschool Team Leader, receiving guidance, mentorship, and support as they develop their classroom practice. At Liberté, we believe in growing excellent educators over time through clear expectations, feedback, and professional development.
If you enjoy working with children, take pride in your work, and are excited by the opportunity to grow into a strong educator, we would love to hear from you.
