Our team comprises professionally qualified and experienced teachers assisted by junior educators who have recently qualified or are in the final stages of completing their qualifications. The school has a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that all staff meet the high standards set by Liberté.

We encourage continuing professional development, ensuring quality teaching and learning by providing teachers with internal and external training programs, bursaries, seminars, workshops and collaborative activities.

The Management team ensures adequate monitoring of the teachers, alongside the efforts of a well-experienced internal supervisor to ensure adherence to professional standards, practical teaching and learning.
