We view our teachers and support staff as scientific observers of children's behaviour, social interactions, and classroom activities, which help us understand each child's interests, abilities, needs, learning processes, and challenges. To optimise holistic development, we use this understanding to tailor, facilitate, and guide every child's learning journey, taking advantage of their natural curiosity to build their learning capacity.

As a minimum, our senior teacher holds a bachelor’s degree in education or a recognised Montessori certificate, and all our staff are trained in first aid and fire fighting.
