Programming and coding skills are introduced through activities such as block programming, where children use visual blocks of code to build simple programs. Children also learn about programming concepts such as algorithms, loops, and conditionals. These activities help children develop problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and creativity.
Practical engineering skills, applied arts, and design are important aspects of our teaching approach. Our program allows children to engage in hands-on, creative activities that foster problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and design thinking. At the same time, design thinking is also integrated into the AMI Montessori practical life curriculum as children engage in various problem-solving and design challenges, brainstorm ideas, and prototype solutions.
